The Players Screen

• Generate Reports such as the Player Info Sheet, mailing labels, and folder labels using the “Print” feature

The Episodes Screen

• Within this screen, users log injury records
• It offers the flexibility to be as general or specific as a user would like when logging an injury episode.

The Treatments Screen

• Provides the flexibility to enter treatments for a group of athletes at one time or by individual athlete.
• 75% of daily activity
• The treatment grid mimics a typical treatment log used in many training rooms so users don’t have to spend a lot of time learning the software.
• Users may also generate printed treatment logs directly from IMS if they choose.

The Master Calendar

• Simulates the look of an Outlook calendar so it’s easy to use.
• Track all game, practice, and rehab activities for all sports.
• Filtering feature available in the calendar.
• Print option allows users to print a schedule within IMS.

Reports

A multitude of reports can be generated from the reports area including but not limited to:

• Coach’s Reports
• Treatment/Medication Statistics
• Episode Histories by Group
• Rosters
• Billing Reports (if Billing Module purchased)

Basically, any type of report can be created by the users…IMS allows the flexibility for the users to choose what they want to see in each report.
